Became Rachel's big brother at the age of 15.  Despite the age difference, they had a very close relationship and sometimes he was the only person who could make her stop crying.  He is the person who made her laugh for the very first time and saw her first smile.  Jason became "Bubba" to Rachel who thought her big brother was the best in the world.

October 1998

Met Christy Berg and they began a 3 year relationship.  Jason and Christy were best friends and Christy stood by Jason's side through a lot.  Christy was a real blessing to our family and we will always love her for what she meant to Jason.

June 14, 2003
Jason marries S and his fate is sealed.

June 8, 2004

What Jason's last thoughts were, no one will ever know.  He died alone, brokenhearted, suffering from a very treatable illness.  I believe if Jason had continued his medication, counseling, AND had the support of the person he was married to, he would still be alive.  He gave up the last bit of his hope on June 8th and took his life.
